The Australian Dance Academy's teaching structure is based on the Cecchetti Syllabus being taught to the Junior School and the Vaganova System of training to the more advanced students with knowledge of all other systems of training.

Performances at Araluen Theatre
The highlight of each year for students is to perform in the theatre. Annual performances are: -

• The Central Australian Eisteddfod in April
• The Magic Of Dance in September
• A full length story ballet in November.
